Neither the Airline Pilots Security Alliance (APSA) nor any of its members shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone's use of the information. In no event shall APSA or its members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this system, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Information Regarding Privacy and "Cookies" 

In order to better serve you, we sometimes use cookies to customize your browsing experience. Cookies are simple text files stored by your web browser. We use the cookie feature only to store a randomly generated "identifying tag" on your computer. These "tags" provide a method of distinguishing among visitors to the safe-skies.org web site forums.

Although APSA makes every effort to use extreme discretion in publishing and/or sharing information transmitted to the organization, particularly in regards to protecting the identities of our members, APSA reserves the right to publicly post, retransmit, publish or share all contributions of any kind to the organization.  APSA does not share its members’ contact information with outside consumer vendors for marketing purposes.  Ever.

Security Measures

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, APSA's computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

APSA shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest in and to all information created by APSA and posted for inclusion in this system. Please e-mail APSA's webmaster for permission requests.  No information created by APSA may be altered by other parties and publicly posted or transmitted without APSA’s permission.  No one may represent APSA without the organization’s express permission.

Linking to the Airline Pilots Security Alliance Web Site 

Links to the Organization's web site are permissible, if not encouraged. However, we do ask that links point to the home page (http://www.secure-skies.org) rather than to a specific page as those links may change. 

Solicitation Prohibited 

Use of the Organization's system, trademark or name to send unsolicited faxes and e-mail to members and its forum visitors is prohibited.    

The Airline Pilots Security Alliance is a private, non-profit trade association composed of thousands of flight crew personnel and others, from many airlines and professions.  Neither APSA nor its members represent, or are authorized by, any government agency or airline.
